With a passion for people and a realization that the current healthcare system is not set up with patients in mind, Dr. Nussbaum committed to creating a practice which brings old school, one-on-one physician-patient relationships back to modern medicine and removes the pain points of traditional primary care.

Our patients pay a small monthly fee to receive unlimited access to all of our primary care services, including the convenience of texting, calling, or video chatting their doctor 24/7.
Direct Physician - Patient Relationship
We have an oath to our patients, not to insurance companies, the government, and not to administrators. When you need healthcare, there is no substitute for experience and expertise. Dr. Nussbaum is an expert diagnostician and clinician with over thirty years of experience practicing internal medicine. Additionally, he has been designated a Fellow of Hospital Medicine and follows all our patients in hospital. I moved to Florida and wanted to find a concierge doctor I could trust. I have had very complicated medical issues.
